摘  要:以K_(2)CO_(3)和TiO_(2)为原料,按照不同原料配比和不同反应温度通过烧结法制备六钛酸钾晶须,利用扫描电子显微镜对其形貌进行表征分析并计算成品率,然后将最优配比和反应温度下制备的六钛酸钾晶须添加到尼龙6/玻璃纤维(PA6/GF)复合材料中,对比分析了添加晶须前后复合材料的性能。结果表明,当K_(2)CO_(3)和TiO_(2)物质的量之比为1∶5.5,反应温度为1200℃时,制备的六钛酸钾晶须具有较好的形貌,成品率为69.02%。添加3份六钛酸钾晶须的复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、缺口冲击强度和熔体流动速率较未加晶须时的提升幅度分别为9.6%,11%,10.4%和24.5%,150℃和250℃的磨损率分别降低了62.5%和66.9%,且与添加相同用量的硫酸钙晶须的复合材料相比,其拉伸强度、弯曲强度、缺口冲击强度分别提高11.5%,9.6%和8.8%,是一种具有优异力学性能的复合材料。Using K_(2)CO_(3) and TiO_(2) as raw materials,potassium hexatitanate whiskers were prepared by sintering method according to different raw material ratio and reaction temperature.The morphology of the whiskers were analyzed by scanning electron microscope and the yields were calculated.Then the potassium hexatitanate whisker prepared under optimum raw material ratio and reaction temperature was added into nylon 6/glass fiber(PA6/GF)composite,the properties of the composites before and after adding whisker were compared and analyzed.The results show that when the amount of substance ratio of K_(2)CO_(3) and TiO_(2) is 1∶5.5 and reaction temperature is 1200℃,the prepared whiskers have good morphology and the yield is 69.02%.Compared with PA6/GF composite without whisker,the tensile strength,flexural strength,notched impact strength and melt flow rate of the composite with 3 phr potassium hexatitanate whisker are improved by 9.6%,11%,10.4%and 24.5%respectively,and the wear rates at 150℃and 250℃are reduced by 62.5%and 66.9%respectively.Compared with PA6/GF composite with 3 phr calcium sulfate whisker,the tensile strength,flexural strength,notched impact strength of the composite with 3 phr potassium hexatitanate whisker are increased by 11.5%,9.6%and 8.8%,which is a composite with excellent mechanical properties.
