摘 要:首先归纳了聚合物导电复合材料的导电机理,进而归纳了此类材料的微观结构设计思路,并且列举了金属与碳系导电填料应用在聚合物导电复合材料中的最新研究进展。目前,以改善材料导电性为主要目标,兼顾考虑材料的力学性能,通过设计导电填充体系的微观结构,筛选导电填料类型,调整制备工艺,可实现各类功能性聚合物导电复合材料的开发设计。而进一步降低复合材料中导电填料的导电逾渗阈值,提高聚合物导电复合材料制备工艺实用性也是近年来研究的热点。The conductive mechanism of polymer conductive composites and the strategies for designing the microstructure of polymer conductive composites were summarized.The latest research progress of metal and carbon based conductive fillers in polymer conductive composites were listed.Nowadays,in order to improve the conductivity,considering mechanical properties,the development and design of various functional polymer conductive composites can be realized by designing the microstructure of conductive filling system,selecting appropriate conductive filler and adjusting the preparation process.Furthermore,reducing the conductive percolation threshold of conductive fillers and improving the preparation process practicability for polymer conductive composites are also the research hotspots in recent years.
