摘 要:概述了近年来国内外聚乳酸(PLA)材料的耐热改性方法,包括共混改性、立构改性、无机填充改性。介绍了PLA的透明耐热改性方法,包括链结构改性、与透明高耐热聚合物共混改性、外力场作用下制备透明耐热PLA,在保证透明性的前提下有效提升了PLA材料的耐热性能。重点介绍了生物降解透明耐热PLA的制备方法,如结晶动力学调控、与可降解材料共混改性,并对透明耐热PLA的研究和发展方向作出总结与展望。The heat-resistant modification methods of polylactic acid(PLA)materials at home and abroad in recent years were summarized,including blending modification,stereoscopic modification,and inorganic filling modification.The transparent and heat-resistant modification methods of PLA were introduced,including chain structure modification,blending modification with transparent high heat-resistant polymer,and preparation of transparent heat-resistant PLA under the action of external force field,the heat resistance of PLA was effectively improved on the premise of ensuring the transparency.The preparation methods of biodegradable transparent heat-resistant PLA,such as crystallization kinetics control and blending with degradable materials,were introduced emphatically.The research and development direction of transparent heat-resistant PLA were summarized and prospected.
