宫腔球囊填塞治疗产后出血的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨剖宫产产后出血产妇实施宫腔球囊填塞的治疗效果。方法 60例剖宫产产后出血产妇,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组实施B-lynch缝合止血治疗,观察组实施宫腔球囊填塞止血治疗。比较两组出血量、止血效果及并发症发生情况。结果观察组术中出血量(1079.24±75.31)ml、术后2 h出血量(43.48±10.35)ml和术后24 h出血量(212.58±12.34)ml均少于对照组的(1215.30±86.87)、(59.95±11.72)、(348.25±28.24)ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组止血有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组并发症发生率6.67%低于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施B-lynch缝合与宫腔球囊填塞对剖宫产产后出血患者均有明显效果,但宫腔球囊填塞安全性更高,其能够及早减少出血量,值得采纳与推广。Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of intrauterine balloon tamponade in maternal women with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods A total of 60 maternal women with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with B-lynch suture,and the observation group was treated with intrauterine balloon tamponade.The blood loss,hemostatic effect and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss(1079.24±75.31)ml,blood loss at 2 h postoperatively(43.48±10.35)ml and blood loss at 24 h postoperatively(212.58±12.34)ml of the observation group were less than(1215.30±86.87),(59.95±11.72)and(348.25±28.24)ml of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in effective rate of hemostasis between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of complications 6.67%of the observation group was lower than 40.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both B-lynch suture and intrauterine balloon tamponade have obvious effect on maternal women with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section,but intrauterine balloon tamponade is safer and can reduce blood loss as soon as possible,which is worthy of adoption and promotion.
