利伐沙班用于心房颤动导管消融术后抗凝治疗的有效性及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探究在心房颤动导管消融术后抗凝治疗中应用利伐沙班的有效性及安全性。方法 30例进行导管消融术治疗的心房颤动患者,根据术后抗凝治疗方案不同分为观察组与对照组,各15例。对照组采取华法林治疗,观察组采取利伐沙班治疗。比较两组血栓栓塞情况、出血事件发生率、用药依从性。结果对照组血栓栓塞率为13.33%,观察组血栓栓塞率为6.67%,两组血栓栓塞发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组出血事件发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组用药依从率100.00%,与对照组的86.67%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论心房颤动患者在进行导管消融术治疗后,采取利伐沙班抗凝治疗的临床疗效与华法林相当,但是患者发生出血事件的几率比较低,是一种有效、安全的治疗方案,值得应用。Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of rivaroxaban in anticoagulant therapy after catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation.Methods A total of 30 patients with atrial fibrillation were divided into observation group and control group according to different anticoagulant treatment plans,with 15 cases in each group.The control group was treated with warfarin,and the observation group was treated with rivaroxaban.The thromboembolism status,occurrence of bleeding events and medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The thromboembolism rate of the control group was 13.33%,which was 6.67%of the observation group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of bleeding events of the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 40.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The medication compliance of the observation group was 100.00%,which had no statistically significant difference compared with 86.67%of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion After catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation patients,rivaroxaban anticoagulant therapy has equivalent clinical efficacy to that of warfarin,but the probability of bleeding events in patients is relatively low.It is an effective and safe treatment scheme,and is worth applying.
