高脂血症患者应用瑞舒伐他汀钙与匹伐他汀钙治疗的疗效与不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的分析高脂血症患者应用瑞舒伐他汀钙与匹伐他汀钙治疗的疗效与不良反应。方法 150例高脂血症患者,随机分为对照组与实验组,每组75例。对照组采用匹伐他汀钙片治疗,实验组采用瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血脂水平、临床疗效与不良反应发生情况。结果治疗2个月后,实验组患者甘油三酯(TG)为(1.06±0.11)mmol/L、总胆固醇(TC)为(4.11±1.03)mmol/L、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)为(2.11±0.22)mmol/L低于对照组的(1.58±0.18)、(5.26±1.34)、(3.56±0.24)mmol/L,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)为(1.79±0.58)mmol/L高于对照组的(1.38±0.36)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者不良反应发生率为9.33%,略低于对照组的13.33%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组患者治疗总有效率为96.00%,略高于对照组的89.33%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗高脂血症效果显著,能够有效改善患者的血脂水平。Objective To analyze the efficacy and adverse reactions of rosuvastatin calcium and pitavastatin calcium in the treatment of patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 150 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pitavastatin calcium,and the experimental group was treated with rosuvastatin calcium.The blood lipid before and after treatment,clinical efficacy,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 months of treatment,the triglycerides(TG)(1.06±0.11)mmol/L,total cholesterol(TC)(4.11±1.03)mmol/L and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)(2.11±0.22)mmol/L of the experimental group were lower than(1.58±0.18),(5.26±1.34)and(3.56±0.24)mmol/L of the control group,and the high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)(1.79±0.58)mmol/L was higher than(1.38±0.36)mmol/L of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group was 9.33%,which was a little lower than 13.33%of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.00%,which was a little higher than 89.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin calcium tablets has remarkable effect on the treatment of hyperlipidemia,and it can effectively improve the blood lipid level of patients.
