摘　　要：部分具有配备手枪资格的公安民警,因缺乏应有的规范安全使用手枪素养,在佩带使用手枪武装执勤执法时,发生了原本不该发生的意外事故。公安机关应通过明确内容、强化训练、严格考核等措施,在手枪射击训练、配备考核、年度审验等与佩带使用手枪规范安全能力提升直接相关的环节中,促进配备手枪公安民警手枪使用把控能力。Some police staffs who are qualified to be equipped with handguns,due to lack of standard and safe use of handguns,have accidents that should not have happened when they wear and use handguns to enforce the law.The public security organs should promote the pistol use control ability of the police armed with pistols in the links directly related to the improvement of the standard safety ability of wearing and using pistols,such as pistol shooting training,equipment assessment and annual examination,through the measures of clarifying the content,strengthening the training and strict assessment.
