摘　　要：针对叉车变速箱的吸油管总成中各距离尺寸不易测量的问题,将其尺寸公差转换为位置度公差,并结合功能量规要求,设计了一款位置度量规,实现了产品质量的准确与快速检测,降低了检测成本。In view of the current situation that it is difficult to measure the dimensions of each distance in the suction tubing assembly of forklift gearbox,the dimensional tolerance is converted into positional tolerance,and a position gauge is designed in combination with the requirements of the functional gauge,so as to realize the accurate and rapid testing of product quality and reduce the testing cost.
