摘  要:在对800 kN·m转叶式舵机整机进行有限元准静力分析的基础上,着重研究接触件间的接触状态和位移状态。对舵机整机的力学分析,在考虑螺栓预紧力和不规则构件的网格划分等难点的基础上,通过引入非线性接触设置,模拟舵机各个部件的接触效应,分析结构接触状态发生的变化和位移。结果表明:缸体和缸盖以及缸体和静叶间虽有微小位移,但接触位移都没有贯通,没有出现漏油风险;但与结构的强度潜力相比,接触漏油是舵机的薄弱环节。Based on the finite element quasi-static analysis of the 800 kN·m rotary vane steering gear,this research focuses on the contact state and displacement state between the contacts.First,the mechanical analysis of the whole steering gear is carried out.On the basis of considering the difficulties of bolt pre-tightening force and grid division of irregular components,the contact effect of each part of the steering gear is simulated by introducing non-linear contact settings,and the structural contact is analyzed.The state changes and displacements,the results show that although there is a slight displacement between the cylinder block and the cylinder head,the cylinder block and the stator blades,the contact displacements are not connected,that is,there is no risk of oil leakage,however,compared with the strength potential of the structure,contact oil leakage is the weak link of the steering gear.
