双轨道互动护理干预模式在冠心病合并糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨双轨道互动护理干预模式在冠心病合并糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法回顾性收集漯河市第三人民医院2020年1月至2021年1月收治的103例冠心病合并糖尿病患者的病历资料,按照护理方案分成对照组(51例)和观察组(52例)。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上接受双轨道互动护理干预模式。比较两组患者遵医行为、干预前后一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分、健康行为能力自评量表(SRAHP)评分及生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOL-74)评分。结果观察组遵医率(94.23%)较对照组(80.39%)高(P<0.05)。干预后,两组GSES评分、SRAHP评分均高于干预前,观察组GSES评分、SRAHP评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组GQOL-74评分均高于干预前,且观察组GQOL-74评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双轨道互动护理干预模式可提高冠心病合并糖尿病患者的遵医率,增强其自我效能感和健康行为能力,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of dual track interactive nursing intervention mode in nursing care of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods The medical records of 103 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus from January 2020 to January 2021 in Luohe Third People’s Hospital were collected retrospectively,and they were divided into control group(51 cases)and observation group(52 cases)according to the nursing plan.Control group received routine nursing,and observation group received dual track interactive nursing intervention mode based on control group.The compliance behavior,general self-efficacy scale(GSES)score,self-rated abilities for health practices scale(SRAHP)score and generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOL-74)score before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance rate(94.23%)of observation group was higher than that(80.39%)of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the GSES scores and SRAHP scores of the two groups were all higher than those before intervention,and the GSES score and SRAHP score of observation group were both higher than those of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the GQOL-74 scores of the two groups were both higher than those before intervention,and the GQOL-74 score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The dual track interactive nursing intervention mode can improve the compliance rate of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus,enhance their self-efficacy and healthy behavior ability and improve the quality of life.
