摘　　要：目的研究肉苁蓉总苷中4种雌激素样活性成分的药动学。方法UPLC⁃MS/MS分析采用Waters BEH C_(18)色谱柱(1.7μm,2.1 mm×100 mm);流动相乙腈⁃水(含0.1%甲酸),梯度洗脱;体积流量0.2 mL/min;柱温25.4℃;电喷雾离子源(ESI);多反应监测(MRM)模式。通过PK Solver 2.0软件计算药动学参数。结果松果菊苷、丁香苷、红景天苷、毛蕊花糖苷在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.9900),基质效应90.93%~96.58%,提取回收率90.07%~95.78%。结论肉苁蓉总苷中4种雌激素样活性成分在大鼠体内吸收代谢较快。AIM To study the pharmacokinetics of four active estrogenic constituents in total glucosides of Cistanche deserticola Ma.METHODS The UPLC⁃MS/MS analysis was performed on a 25.4℃thermostatic Waters BEH C_(18) column(1.7μm,2.1 mm×100 mm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile⁃water(containing 0.1%formic acid)flowing at 0.2 mL/min in a gradient elution manner.Electrospray ionization(ESI)was adopted in multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode.The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by PK Solver 2.0 software.RESULTS Echinacoside,syringin,salidroside and verbascoside showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r>0.9900),whose matrix effects were 90.93%-96.58%with the extraction recoveries of 90.07%-95.78%.CONCLUSION Four active estrogenic constituents in total glucosides of C.deserticola demonstrate rapid absorption and metabolism in rats in vivo.
