摘 要:目的建立HPLC法同时测定杏苏止咳糖浆(苦杏仁、紫苏叶、前胡等)中5种成分的含量。方法该药物80%甲醇提取液的分析采用CAPCELL PAK C_(18) MG色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相水(含0.05%磷酸)⁃乙腈,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长210、237、321 nm。结果苦杏仁苷、甘草苷、甘草酸、白花前胡甲素、白花前胡乙素在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.9900),平均加样回收率95.3%~101.2%,RSD 0.66%~2.57%。结论该方法稳定、准确、可靠,可用于杏苏止咳糖浆的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of five constituents in Xingsu Zhike Syrup(Armeniacae Semen Amarum,Perillae Folium,Peucedani Radix,etc.).METHODS The analysis of 80%methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30℃thermostatic CAPCELL PAK C_(18) MG column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of water(containing 0.05%phosphoric acid)⁃acetonitrile flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 210,237,321 nm.RESULTS Amygdalin,liquiritin,glycyrrhizic acid,praeruptorin A and praeruptorin B showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r>0.9900),whose average recoveries were 95.3%-101.2%with the RSDs of 0.66%-2.57%.CONCLUSION This stable,accurate and reliable method can be used for the quality control of Xingsu Zhike Syrup.
