摘　　要：按照YB/T 5217-2019《萤石》标准中萤石精矿对各种元素的技术要求,研制了萤石精矿系列标准样品,该系列标准样品各成分含量成梯度分布,覆盖市场对萤石精矿的分析需求。委托多家行业内权威实验室进行分析,确定了6种化学成分的标准值和不确定度,并对As含量进行了定值。实验表明,萤石精矿系列标准样品的均匀性、稳定性及线性关系良好,可用于化学分析的质量控制、测量方法的评价和人员比对,填补了X射线荧光光谱分析用萤石系列标准样品的空白。According to the technical requirements of fluorite concentrate for various elements in the standard YB/T 5217-2019 Fluorite,the standard samples series of fluorite concentrate have been developed.The content of each component in the standard samples series is gradiently distributed,which satisfies the market's analysis needs for fluorite concentrate.Many authoritative laboratories in the industry are entrusted to conduct analysis,determine the standard values and uncertainties of the six chemical components,and determine the constant value of As content.Experiments have shown that the uniformity,stability and linear relationship of the standard samples series of fluorite concentrate are favorable,which can be used for the quality control of chemical analysis,the evaluation of measurement methods,and the comparison of personnel,thus filling the gap of fluorite standard samples series used for X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.
