摘  要:试验旨在探讨饲粮中添加不同剂量生物发酵饲料对育肥鹅生长、免疫及血清生化指标的影响。采用单因子随机化试验设计,选取45日龄、体况健康、体重体型无显著差异的肉鹅,随机分为4个处理,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加2.50%、5.00%和7.50%发酵饲料,每个处理6个重复,每个重复50只鹅,试验期25 d。结果表明:发酵饲料对育肥鹅(45~70 d)末重无显著影响(P>0.05),与对照组相比,2.50%、5.00%与7.50%试验组分别提高了5.88%、3.92%和4.17%。试验组在平均日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)和料重比(F/G)方面均与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);在免疫器官指数方面,与对照组相比,试验组的胸腺指数、脾脏指数和法氏囊指数均无显著差异(P>0.05);在血清脂质代谢指标方面,与对照组相比,2.50%和5.00%试验组TG含量显著上升(P<0.05),分别提高了26.4%、29.7%,而TC、HDL-C和LDL-L含量与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05);生物发酵饲料对育肥鹅血清免疫指标无显著影响(P>0.05)。综合各项指标,在育肥鹅饲粮中添加发酵饲料可以提高肉鹅上市体重,提高血清TG含量,且2.50%添加量效果最佳。The purpose of this study was to study the effects of adding different dosages of biologically fermented feeds to the diet on the growth,immunity and serum biochemical indicators of growing feeds.A single-factor randomized experimental design was adopted to select 45-day-old,healthy geese with no significant difference in body weight and body shape.They were randomly divided into four treatments.The control group was fed with basal diet,and the experimental group was added to the basal diet with 2.50%,5.00%and 7.50%fermented feeds,six replicates in each treatment,50 geese in each replicate,and the test period was 25 days.The results showed that:fermented feed had no significant effect on the final weight of growing geese(45-70 d)(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the 2.50%,5.00%and 7.50%test groups increased by 5.88%,3.92%and 4.17%,respectively.The test groups had no significant difference in ADG,ADFI and F/G compared with the control group(P>0.05);in terms of immune organ index,there was no significant difference on thymus index,spleen index and bursa index between the test groups and the control group(P>0.05);in terms of serum lipid metabolism indicators,compared with the control group,the TG content of the 2.5%and 5%test groups increased significantly(P<0.05),increas⁃ing by 26.4%and 29.7%,respectively.The contents of TC,HDL-C and LDL-L were not significantly different from that of the control group(P>0.05);the bio-fermented feed had no significant effect on the serum immune factors of fattening geese(P>0.05).Based on various indicators,adding fermented feed to the fattening goose diet could increase the market weight of the goose and increase the serum TG con⁃tent,and the effect of 2.5%addition was the best.
