摘 要:猪肉是我国居民肉类消费的主要产品。在养猪生产中,由于抗生素滥用,造成猪肉及环境中抗生素残留,对人类健康和环境造成很大的影响。近年来国家严禁在猪生产中使用抗生素,为了保证猪健康生长,需要寻找抗生素替代品或饲料加工方法解决此问题。研究表明,发酵饲料可提高饲料营养价值,改善猪肠道健康,提高生猪生产效率。文章综述了国内外发酵饲料及其对断奶仔猪、育肥猪、经产母猪生产性能、肠道菌群以及猪舍环境影响的最新进展,以期为发酵饲料在猪生产中的推广应用提供依据。Pork is the main product of meat consumption in China.In pig production,the abuse of antibi⁃otics causes antibiotic residues in pork and environment,which has a great impact on human health and environment.In recent years,the use of antibiotics in pig production is strictly prohibited.In order to en⁃sure the healthy growth of pigs,it is necessary to find antibiotics substitutes or feed processing methods.The results showed that fermented feed could im⁃prove the nutritional value of feed,improve the in⁃testinal health of pigs,and improve the produc⁃tion efficiency of pigs.The latest fermented feed in China and abroad,its effects on production per⁃formance,intestinal flora and piggery environment of weaned piglets,fattening pigs and multiparous sows were reviewed,in order to provide basis for the popularization and application of fermented feed in pig production.
