摘  要:基于新型锤片式饲料粉碎机工作状况,对分离装置内物料颗粒在不同运动状态下进行分析。将EDEM-FLUENT耦合的方法用于该分离模型中,通过数值模拟,取得了物料颗粒在分离装置内的运动轨迹。为对分离装置进行研究,文章将分离流道入口处的固相颗粒速度与气相速度设置为相等,然后将物料颗粒的入射角分别设置为30°、45°和60°来进行分析。得到当入口颗粒速度等于气相速度,入射角度为45°时,分离装置的筛分效率最高;之后对模拟结果按入口固相颗粒入射角度为45°,气相入口速度不变,对入口固相颗粒速度小于、大于气相速度时进行分析。结果表明:在气相速度大于物料颗粒运动速度时,气流将对物料颗粒产生推动作用,减少物料颗粒与分离流道内管壁的摩擦,使被粉碎后的物料颗粒能够到达筛网处的数目增加,提高锤片式饲料粉碎机的筛分效率及整机的工作效率。Based on the working conditions of the new hammer type feed mill,the material particles in the separation device were analyzed under different motion states.The EDEM-FLUENT coupling method was applied to the separation model,and the material particles in the separation device were obtained through numerical simulation.In order to study the separation device,the velocity of the solid particles at the entrance of the separation channel was set equal to the velocity of the gas phase,and then set the incident angle of the material particles to 30°,45°and 60°for analgzing.When the inlet particle veloci⁃ty was equal to the gas phase velocity,when the incident angle was 45°,the screening efficiency of the separation device was the highest.After that,the simulation results were based on the inlet solid phase particle incident angle of 45°,and the gas inlet velocity remained unchanged.Analysis was performed when the velocity of the gas phase was less than or greater than the velocity of the gas phase.The results showed:the velocity of the gas phase was greater than the movement speed of the material particles,the airflow would push the material particles,reduce the friction between the material particles and the pipe wall in the separation channel,increase the num⁃ber of crushed material particles that could reach the screen,and improve the screening efficiency of pulverizer and the working efficiency of the whole machine.
