摘　　要：腹泻是幼龄动物中一种常见的疾病,它不仅危害着动物的健康,还制约了畜牧业的绿色发展。饲用抗生素是长期以来添加于饲料中有效防治动物腹泻的常用药物,具有显著的杀菌效果,但同时也会残留在动物体内,进而杀死体内的各种有益菌,破坏动物体的微生态平衡。植物提取物含有皂苷、多糖、植物精油、黄酮类、生物碱以及多酚类等物质,具有一定的抑菌作用,能够提高机体免疫力,改善动物肠道健康等作用,在动物生产中具有非常广泛的应用前景。文章综述了近年来利用植物提取物防治幼龄动物腹泻和改善动物肠道健康的研究进展,为开发新型饲料添加剂提供理论依据。Diarrhea is known as a very common disease of young animals.It not only endangers the health of animals,but also restricts the sustainable development of animal husbandry.Feeding antibiotics have been being used as drugs for the prevention and treatment of animal diarrhea.The antibiotics have significant antimicrobial effects,however,they may remain in the animals'body,which will disrupt the microbial ecology balance in animals.Plant extracts contain saponins,polysaccharides,essential oil,fla⁃vonoids,alkaloids,and polyphenols,which have certain bacteriostatic effects,can improve the body im⁃munity,and animal intestinal health,etc.Thus,the plant extracts have a very wide application prospect in animal production.This article reviewed recent research progress in the use of plant extracts to pre⁃vent and treat diarrhea in young animals and improve their intestinal health,providing a theoretical basis for developing new feed additives.
