摘  要:某原矿Cu品位为1.05%,铜矿物以硫化铜为主,占含铜矿物的85.42%,主要赋存于黄铜矿、斑铜矿、辉铜矿中,脉石矿物主要有石英、长石等。针对该矿石的特点进行选矿试验研究,通过加入硫化钠硫化次生硫化铜与氧化铜、使用组合捕收剂获得了良好的分选指标。最终采用1粗2精2扫中矿顺序返回的工艺流程进行闭路试验,当磨矿细度为-0.074 mm质量分数占70%、硫化钠用量为1000 g/t、(Z200+戊黄药)用量为(70+50)g/t、2^(#)油用量为20 g/t时,精矿Cu品位为20.63%、Cu回收率为74.31%,尾矿Cu品位为0.28%、Cu回收率为25.69%。此工艺流程与药剂制度简单,可为相同类型铜矿的选别提供借鉴。The run-of-mine ore grades 1.05%Cu.The sulphide mineral accounts for 85.42%in copper-bearing mineral and occurs as chalcopyrite,bornite and chalcocite.The gangue minerals contained in the ore is composed mainly of quartz and feldspar.According to the characteristics of the ore,beneficiation study was carried out using sodium sulphide for treating the secondary sulfide and oxidized minerals and using combined collectors.Finally satisfactory results were obtained from the flotation tests with closed circuit composed of one rougher,two cleaners,two scavengers and treatment of part middlings.When the fineness of grind was 70%-0.074 mm with sodium sulphide dosage of 1000 g/t feed,combined collector(Z200+isoamyl xanthate)dosage of(70+50)g/t feed and frother dosage of 20 g/t feed,the copper concentrate containing 20.63%Cu can be obtained with Cu recovery of 74.31%as the tailings was assaying 0.28%Cu with Cu recovery of 25.69%.The simple process flow and reagent regime can be provided as reference for beneficiating similar type of copper ores.
