摘 要:将制备的水性微纳米石墨浆体与自制的基础丙烯酸酯防水涂料相结合,制备得到水性微纳米石墨丙烯酸酯防水涂料。加入不同量水性微纳米石墨浆体的丙烯酸酯防水涂料的各项性能指标满足JC/T 864-2008《聚合物乳液建筑防水涂料》要求,耐水性和耐盐水性满足GB/T 1766-2008《色漆和清漆涂层老化的评级方法》要求,加入石墨的丙烯酸酯防水涂料干燥时间明显缩短,耐水性和耐盐水性增强,涂层表面的水接触角约为112°,耐沾污等级为0级,疏水性和耐沾污性优异。微纳米片状石墨在涂膜中平铺形成多层致密结构,提高了涂料的防水性能,石墨的超疏水性提高了涂层的疏水和耐沾污性能。A novel waterproof coating material was prepared by combining available water soluble micro-nano graphite with acrylate-based coating.The performance of the new acrylate-based waterproof coating prepared with different dosage of water soluble micro-nano graphite pulp meets the requirements of the standard JC/T 864-2008 for polymer emulsion architectural waterproof coating,and its resistance to water and salty water meets the requirements of standard GB/T 1766-2008 for paints and varnishes-rating schemes of degradation of coats.The drying term of acrylic waterproof coating with addition of graphite was remarkably shortened,and its water resistance and salty water resistance were improved.The water contact angle on the coating surface was about 112°and the stain resistance grades zero,resulting in outstanding hydrophobicity and stain resistance of the coating.As the micro-nano flake graphite is spreading in the coating to form a multilayer of dense structure,the waterproof performance of the coating is being improved.The superhydrophobicity of graphite leads to improvement on the hydrophobicity and stain resis-tance of the paintcoat.
