关系承诺、第三方物流整合与企业绩效:环境动态性的调节效应

摘　　要：第三方物流整合对改善供应链管理、降低物流成本、提高企业绩效的作用日益凸显,而国内外在该领域的现有研究成果还有待深入。通过大样本问卷调查,采用结构方程模型来研究关系承诺、第三方物流整合和企业绩效间的作用机理,并探讨环境动态性在三者之间关系的调节效应。结果表明:关系承诺都能正向促进第三方物流整合和企业绩效;第三方物流整合能正向影响企业绩效的提高;环境动态性能负向调节工具性关系承诺和企业绩效之间的关系。研究结果不仅丰富了第三方物流整合与企业绩效关系的理论成果,同时对我国物流企业降低成本、改善供应链管理、实现高质量发展也具有重要的现实指导意义。The role of third party logistics integration(TPLI)has become increasingly prominent in improving supply chain management,reducing logistics costs,and improving corporate performance(CP),but the research results in this field at home and abroad still need to be deepened.Through a large sample of questionnaire survey,this paper constructs a structural equation model method to study the mechanism of relationship commitment(RC),TPLI and CP,and analyzes moderating effect of environment dynamics(ED)in the relationship among the three.The results show that RC has a positive impact on TPLI and CP;TPLI can positively affect the improvement of CP;ED has a negative impact on the relationship between instrumental relationship commitment(IRC)and CP.This research conclusion not only enriches the theoretical results of the relationship between TPLI and CP,but also has important practical guiding significance for Chinese logistics enterprises to reduce costs,improve supply chain management,and achieve high-quality development.
