贝那普利与阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的效果

摘　　要：目的浅析高血压合并冠心病患者采取阿托伐他汀钙片与贝那普利联合治疗的效果。方法此次研究对象为2019年4月—2020年4月本院收治的98例高血压合并冠心病患者,按照患者就诊顺序行分组,各49例,观察组采取阿托伐他汀钙片与贝那普利联合治疗,对照组采取贝那普利单项治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果未治疗时组间心绞痛与心肌梗死发生率无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组心绞痛与心肌梗死发生率更低(P<0.05);未治疗时,组间血压变化情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗,观察组比对照组血压变化情况更明显(P<0.05)。结论对患者实行联合用药治疗,不仅可以减轻患者病情,还可以有效控制血压、降低不良心血管事件发生率,值得临床实践。Objective To analyze the effect of atorovastatin calcium tablets and benapril in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods The study was 98 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease from April 2019 to April 2020.In the order of patients,49 patients were treated jointly with atorvastatin calcium tablets and Benapril,and Benapril compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results The incidence of angina and myocardial infarction was not significant(P>0.05);the observed angina and myocardial infarction(P<0.05),no significant difference(P>0.05),and the observed groups were significantly different than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined drug treatment for patients can not only reduce their condition,but also effectively control blood pressure and reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events.
