布地奈德气雾剂对哮喘患儿效果浅析

摘  要:目的观察在哮喘患儿中应用布地奈德气雾剂的具体作用。方法随机数字表法完成分组,对照组、观察组分别行常规治疗以及联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗。其中,常规治疗需要为患者提供对症治疗,保持患者电解质、酸碱处于平衡状态,并对患者应用化痰药物治疗。两组患者均需要接受4周治疗。结果在完成4周治疗后,观察组治疗效果(93.88%)显著高于对照组治疗效果(71.43%),两组患者的血清NT-3和EOS水平均下降,且观察组患儿的血清NT-3和EOS水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿的不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论布地奈德气雾剂可以提高儿童哮喘的疗效,其可能的机制是通过恢复神经-内分泌免疫网络功能调节系统,同时安全性较高。Objective To observe the specific mechanism of Budinide aerosol in children with asthma.Methods The grouping was completed,and routine treatment and combined with Budonide aerosol were performed in control and observation groups.Among them,routine treatment needs to provide symptomatic treatment for patients,keep the patient electrolyte,acid and base in a balanced state,and apply sputum drug treatment to patients.Both groups needed 4 weeks.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the observation group treatment effect(93.88%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(71.43%),the serum NT-3 and EOS levels of the two groups of patients decreased,and the serum NT-3 and EOS levels of the children in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of children(P>0.05).Conclusion Budesonide aerosol can improve the curative effect of asthma in children.The possible mechanism is to restore the neuro-endocrine immune network function regulation system.
