温肾泄浊汤治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析温肾泄浊汤治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效。方法回顾分析我院2018年8月—2020年2月期间收治的慢性肾功能衰竭患者60例,按治疗方式分组,其中30例接受常规西医治疗(对照组),另30例接受温肾泄浊汤治疗(研究组),比较治疗效果,如疗效、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α基因(TNF-α)等。结果研究组疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前组间炎性因子指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组IL-10、IL-8、IL-6、TNF-α低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗慢性肾功能衰竭,可考虑将温肾泄浊汤作为首选,此方式可显著降低炎症反应,疗效理想。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Wenshen Xiezhuo decoction in treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods 60 cases of patients with chronic renal failure and who treated in our hospital during August 2018 to February 2020 were analyzed retrospectively,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods.30 cases received conventional western medicine treatment(control group),and other 30 cases received Wenshen Xiezhou decoction treatment(study group).Then,the treatment effects were compared,such as the clinical effect and interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factorαgene(TNF-α)and so on.Results The effect in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);before treatment,there was little difference in inflammatory factors(P>0.05).After the treatment,the IL-10,IL-8,IL-6 and TNF-αin the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of chronic renal failure,Wenshen Xiezhuo decoction can be considered as the first choice,and which can significantly reduce the inflammatory response,and the clinical effects are ideal.
