妇产科腹腔镜手术麻醉中系统化心理护理的应用

摘　　要：目的研究系统化心理护理在妇产科腹腔镜手术麻醉中的应用效果。方法研究对象是我院妇产科在2016年6月—2019年6月收治的104例行腹腔镜手术患者,以随机数字表法分组,每组52例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组开展系统性心理护理,比较干预效果。结果经对比两组的麻醉依从性与术后并发症发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后和护理前相比两组的负性情绪均有改善,观察组护理后的焦虑和抑郁评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论将系统性心理护理运用到妇产科腹腔镜手术中的优势突出,可提高患者的麻醉依从性,改善负性情绪,同时还可降低并发症发生风险,获得患者的认可。Objective To study the effect of systematic psychological nursing in the anesthesia of gynecology and obstetrics laparoscopic surgery.Methods From June 2016 to June 2019,the subjects of the study were 104 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital.They were grouped by random number table,52 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing,and the observation group carried out systemic psychological nursing to compare the effect of intervention.Results There was no significant difference in anesthesia compliance and postoperative complication rate between the two groups(P>00.05).Compared with before and after nursing,the negative emotions in the two groups were improved.The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The advantages of applying systemic psychological nursing to laparoscopic surgery in obstetrics and gynecology are prominent,which can improve patients'compliance with anesthesia,improve negative emotions,reduce the risk of complications,and gain the recognition and satisfaction of patients.Therefore,with the value of reference and promotion.
