护理告知程序在肝胆术后引流护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究分析护理告知程序行健康教育在肝胆手术后引流管护理中的应用效果。方法选取自2017年1月—2019年6月我院收治的65例行肝胆手术患者为观察对象,以数据随机表法为根据将所选取病例分为普通组(n=30)与观察组(n=35),对于普通组患者主要采用基础引流管护理措施,对观察组患者则采用护理告知程序行健康教育,比较两组经护理后的效果与患者并发症发生情况。结果比较两组数据,观察组在行护理后,其护理效果更优于普通组,而并发症发生率相比较普通组降低(P<0.05),且观察组患者对健康知识知晓率与对健康知识的掌握度评分相比普通组增高幅度更大,但健康知识知晓率组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在行肝胆手术后针对患者引流管展开护理告知程序行健康教育护理,能够确保手术治疗效果,减少并发症发生,值得在临床中应用和普及。Objective To study and analyze the effect of health education in the nursing of drainage tube after hepatobiliary surgery.Methods From January 2017 to June 2019 for the 65 patients who underwent liver and gallbladder surgery of our hospital observation object,by the method of random data table for selected cases according to the divided into normal group(n=30)and observation group(n=35),for the average group of patients with the major foundation drainage tube nursing measures,the observation group received nursing processes line health education,comparing the effect of the two groups after nursing and patients with complications.Results Compared two groups of data,the observation group in nursing,the nursing effect is more better than that of normal group,the incidence of complications lower compared with normal group(P<0.05),and the observation group of patients on health knowledge awareness and the mastery of health knowledge rating increased amplitude greater than ordinary group,but health knowledge rate difference between groups with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion health education and nursing can ensure the effect of surgical treatment and reduce complications.
