中医通乳护理门诊对乳汁瘀积症的干预效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中医通乳护理门诊对哺乳期乳汁瘀积症患者的干预效果。方法将2018年1月—2019年6月在我院就诊的哺乳期乳汁瘀积症患者120例随机分为常规治疗组和护理门诊组,每组60例,常规治疗组给予常规诊疗;护理门诊组在开设的中医通乳护理门诊对患者进行干预管理。结果护理门诊组治愈率、有效率、就诊满意度、继续哺乳意愿及行为显著高于常规治疗组,回乳率、复发率显著低于常规治疗组(均P<0.05)。结论中医通乳护理门诊能有效管理哺乳期乳汁瘀积症患者,降低回乳率及复发率,提高患者痊愈后继续喂养的意愿及行为。Objective To explore the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing clinic on patients with milk stasis during lactation.Methods According to the method of random number table,120 patients with breast milk stasis in our hospital were randomly divided into conventional treatment group and nursing outpatient group during January 2018 to June 2019,60 cases in each group,Patients in the conventional treatment group were given routine diagnosis and treatment,Patients in the nursing out-patient group were intervention management in the traditional Chinese medicine nursing out-patient.Results The cure rate,effective rate,satisfaction,willingness to continue breastfeeding and behavior of the nursing out-patient group were significantly higher than those of the routine treatment group,and the rate of breast-feeding and recurrence were significantly lower than those of the routine treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing clinic can effectively manage the patients with milk stasis during lactation,reduce the rate of milk delactation and milk stasis recurrence,and improve the patients'willingness and behavior to continue feeding after recovery.
