摘  要:目的糖尿病性黄斑水肿(diabetic macular edema,DME)应用黄斑格栅激光光凝与芪明颗粒联合治疗方案效果、视力指标与不良事件情况分析。方法选取2019年10月—2020年10月该院诊治糖尿病性黄斑水肿100例患者资料,按随机数表分两组,对照组予以黄斑格栅激光光凝干预,研究组予以黄斑格栅激光光凝与芪明颗粒,分析两组的临床疗效、视力相关指标及不良事件发生情况。结果研究组治疗后总有效占比是90.00%多于对照组占比66.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.392,P<0.05);研究组患者的眼压指标(15.06±2.02)mmHg,对照组患者眼压指标为(14.72±1.98)mmHg,差异无统计学意义(t=0.850,P>0.05),研究组患者的黄斑中心凹厚度(CMT)(238.23±91.46)μm低于对照组患者(323.58±96.27)μm,差异有统计学意义(t=4.545,P<0.05);研究组发生眼压升高、黄斑前膜等不良相关事件是6.00%,与对照组患者不良事件4.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05)。结论糖尿病黄斑水肿患者临床给予芪明颗粒和黄斑格栅激光光凝联合干预,可显著改善患者黄斑中心凹厚度视力相关指标,临床应用效果显著,同时,其不良事件发生少,对机体眼压指标无显著负面影响。Objective Diabetic macular edema(diabetic macular edema,DME)application of macular grid laser photocoagulation and Qiming granule combined treatment program effect,visual indicators and adverse events analysis.Methods The data of 100 cases of diabetic macular edema diagnosed and treated in the hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to a random number table.The control group received macular grid laser photocoagulation intervention,and the study group received macular grid laser photocoagulation and Qiming Granules,to analyze the clinical efficacy,visual indicators and adverse events of the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective proportion of the study group was 90.00% more than that of the control group 66.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.392,P<0.01).The IOP index of the patients in the study group was(15.06±2.02)mmHg and the IOP index of the patients in the control group was(14.72±1.98)mmHg,the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.850,P>0.05).The macular foveal thickness(CMT)(238.23±91.46)μm of the study group was lower than that of the control group(323.58±96.27)μm,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.545,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events such as increased intraocular pressure and epimacular membrane in the study group was 6.00%.Compared with 4.00% of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of Qiming granules and macular grid laser photocoagulation in patients with diabetic macular edema can significantly improve the visual indicators related to the thickness of the fovea in the patients,and the clinical application effect is significant.At the same time,the occurrence of adverse events is less and the intraocular pressure of the body is reduced.The index has no significant negative impact.
