摘　　要：岩黄连作为一种传统的民间中药,具有清热、解毒、止痛、止血之功效。目前针对岩黄连药理作用及其作用机制的研究主要涉及保肝、镇痛、抗肿瘤、抗菌等方面。岩黄连发挥药理作用的化学成分主要是生物碱类成分,统称为岩黄连总碱(Corydalis saxicola Bunting total alkaloids,CSBTA),而关于岩黄连总碱中发挥药理作用的物质基础的研究较少。本文就岩黄连总碱的药效物质基础、药理作用及其机制的研究进展进行综述,为该药物的临床合理应用与基于新剂型以及新适应证等的进一步开发提供参考。Corydalis saxicola Bunting(CSB)is a traditional folk Chinese medicine with wide effects including clearing away heat,detoxifying,relieving pain and stopping bleeding and so on.So far,the research on pharmacological effects and mechanism of Corydalis saxicola Bunting mainly involves hepatoprotective,analgesic,anti-tumor,antibacterial effects,etc.The main chemical components of Corydalis saxicola Bunting with pharmacological effects are alkaloids,which are called Corydalis saxicola Bunting total alkaloids(CSBTA).However,there are few studies on the therapeutic substances in CSBTA.This review highlights the studies of CSBTA on therapeutic substances,pharmacological effects and mechanism,aiming to provide reference for its rational clinical use and further development based on the new dosage form and new indications.
