复方醋酸棉酚片联合黄体酮在围绝经期单纯性子宫内膜增生的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨复方醋酸棉酚片联合黄体酮在围绝经期单纯性子宫内膜增生的效果。方法选择2016年7月~2020年2月在天津市宁河区妇女儿童保健和计划生育服务中心诊治的围绝经期单纯性子宫内膜增生患者68例,根据随机数字表法把患者分为联合组与对照组各34例。对照组给予黄体酮治疗,联合组在对照组治疗的基础上给予复方醋酸棉酚片治疗,两组都治疗观察30 d后,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后联合组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后子宫内膜厚度都显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),联合组也显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的子宫动脉的血管阻力指数都显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),联合组也显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的血清FSH与LH含量均较治疗前低(P<0.05),联合组也显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方醋酸棉酚片联合黄体酮治疗围绝经期单纯性子宫内膜增生能减少内膜厚度,抑制FSH与LH的释放,改善子宫血流状况,从而提高治疗效果。Objective To investigate and analysis the effects of compound gossypol acetate tablets combined with progesterone on peri-menopausal simple endometrial hyperplasia.Methods From July 2016 to February 2020,68 patients with peri-menopausal simple endometrial hyperplasia who were treated in Women and Children's Health Care and Family Planning Service Center of Ninghe District Tianjin were selected and equally divided into the combined group and the control group according to the random number table method.The control group were treated with progesterone,and the combined group were treated with compound gossypol acetate tablets on the basis of the control group.All the patients were treated for 30 days.Results The total effective rates of the combined group after treatment were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The thickness of endometrium after treatment in the two groups were significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the combination group were also significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The vascular resistance index of uterine artery and fibroids after treatment in the two groups were significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the combination group,the serum FSH and LH levels in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the combined group were also significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound gossypol acetate tablets combined with progesterone for the treatment of peri-menopausal simple endometrial hyperplasia can reduce intimal thickness,inhibit the release of FSH and LH,improve uterine blood flow,and improve the therapeutic effect.
