中医治疗子宫内膜异位症的机理及病案分析

摘　　要：子宫内膜异位症属中医“痛经”、“症瘕”、“月经不调”及“不孕”范畴。中医治疗子宫内膜异位症,按证候特征分肾虚血瘀型、寒凝血滞型、气滞血瘀型、热郁血瘀型四种类型辨证治疗,以补肾调肝、调理气血、平衡阴阳、活血化瘀、舒肝理气、软坚散结、消癥除瘕为治疗原则,达到全面调节生殖、内分泌、免疫功能。Endometriosis represents Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)dysmenorrhea,lump,irregular menstruation and infertility.Of TCM treatment,endometriosis can be divided to four types according to the characteristics of TCM syndrome,including the kidney and blood stasis syndrome,haemorrheological nature stagnant blood,qi and blood stasis type,hot congestion stasis type,and diagnose and treat for kidney and liver,regulate qi and blood,balancing Yin and Yang,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,comfort liver-qi,soften and resilve hard lump firm soft disease suppression,in addition to any for therapeutic principles,to achieve comprehensive regulation of reproductive,endocrine,immune function.
