摘　　要：脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴战略是新时代中国“三农”工作的两大重要战略部署。兵团高质量打赢脱贫攻坚战与乡村振兴顺利开局为两者有效衔接奠定了坚实的基础,但在产业发展、人才培育、文化共荣、生态宜居、组织建设等五方面依然面临着诸多的困难和挑战,应提升产业振兴、人才振兴、组织振兴等“五大振兴”路径,实现脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴的无缝对接、有效贯通。Poverty alleviation and Rural Revitalization Strategy are two important strategic plans of China's work of“agriculture,ru⁃ral areas and farmers”in the new era.Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps has won the battle of poverty alleviation with high quality and successfully started the rural revitalization,which has laid a solid foundation for the effective connection between the two.However,there are still many difficulties and challenges in the five areas of industrial development,talent cultivation,cul⁃tural co-prosperity,ecological livability and organizational construction.It is necessary to realize the seamless connection and ef⁃fective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization through the five ways of industry revitalization,talent revital⁃ization,culture revitalization,ecological revitalization and organizational revitalization.
