摘 要:采用两级UASB反应器处理模拟精对苯二甲酸(PTA)废水,考察了反应器性能和微生物群落特征。结果表明,两级UASB反应器对高浓度PTA废水处理性能优异,COD去除率和单位COD的甲烷产率可分别达到92.34%和52.38 mL/g,对PTA废水中特征污染物苯甲酸、对苯二甲酸、对甲基苯甲酸的降解率分别高达100%、97.99%、93.73%;互营菌属(Syntrophus)和杆状脱硫菌属(Desulforhabdus)为两级UASB反应器共同的特征优势菌属;一级UASB反应器内酚降解菌(Diaphorobacter)和水解酸化菌(Raineyella)丰度更高,对污染物降解性能提升效果显著,为二级UASB反应器的稳定运行提供保障。Synthetic purified terephthalic acid(PTA) wastewater was treated by the two-stage upflow anaerobic sludge blanket(UASB) reactors,and the performances and microbial communities of which were investigated. The results showed the two-stage UASB reactors had excellent performances in treating high concentration PTA wastewater,the COD removal rate and methane yield reached up to 92.34% and 52.38 m L/g respectively,and the degradation rates of characteristic contaminants in PTA wastewater,such as benzoic acid,terephthalic acid and p-toluic acid,were up to100%,97.99% and 93.73%,respectively. Syntrophus and Desulforhabdus were both dominant in two reactors. Stage I UASB reactor had highly abundant of Diaphorobacter and Raineyella,which improved the degradation of characteristic contaminants,and supported stage Ⅱ UASB reactor.
