摘 要:以改性给水污泥(MS)协同FeCl_(3)调理污泥,考察其对脱水效果的影响。结果表明,MS/FeCl_(3)调理污泥脱水效果较好,体系中引入的阳离子使上清液浊度和溶解性化学需氧量(SCOD)大大降低,有一定的应用前景。以污泥干重(DS)计,在30%MS和60 mg/g FeCl_(3)条件下,污泥比阻(SRF)和毛细吸水时间(CST)分别减少70.8%和60.2%,污泥净产率(YN)增加62.1%;在50%MS和60 mg/g FeCl_(3)条件下,泥饼含水率(Wc)降至64.9%,胞外聚合物(EPS)中多糖和蛋白质分别降低26.0%和37.1%,压缩系数(s)降低46.0%。The effects of the coordination of the modified water supply sludge(MS) and FeCl_(3) on the deep dewatering of sludge were studied. The experimental results showed that sludge could be effectively dewatered by MS/FeCl_(3) and the applications,and the turbidity and soluble chemical oxygen demand(SCOD) of the supernatant were greatly decreased by the introduced cations in the system,which had a certain application prospect. Based on dry weight of sludge(DS),when the dosages of MS and Fe Cl3 were 30%DS and 60 mg/g,the specific resistance of sludge(SRF) and capillary water absorption time(CST) decreased by 70.8% and 60.2% respectively,and the net sludge yield(YN) increased by 62.1%. When the dosages of MS and FeCl_(3) were 50% and 60 mg/g,the water content(Wc) of sludge cake dropped to 64.9%,the polysaccharide and protein in EPS decreased by 26.0% and 37.1% respectively,and the compressibility(s) decreased by 46.0%.
