摘  要:从某企业生化污泥中筛选并分离出一株耐盐菌株GXNYJ-12,经鉴定为盐单胞菌属(Halomonas sp.)。该菌株可在0~25%盐度下有效降解苯酚,且具有较强耐受S2-毒性的能力,单因素试验显示其最适pH为8,最适温度为30℃。深入研究表明,该菌株可有效降解COD 8 132 mg/L、硫酸盐质量浓度28 000 mg/L、含盐量42 000 mg/L的长链二元酸酸化废水,在氮源投加质量浓度200 mg/L条件下,经96 h好氧生化,其COD可降至500 mg/L以下,满足进入市政等二级污水处理场要求。GC-MS分析显示该菌株能降解二元酸废水中绝大部分有机物,具有良好应用价值。A salt-tolerant strain named GXNYJ-12 was screened and isolated from the biochemical sludge of an enterprise,the strain was preliminarily identified as Halomonas sp. The strain could effectively degrade phenol at 0-25%salinity and had strong tolerance to S2-toxicity. Single factor test showed that its optimum pH and temperature were 8 and 30 ℃. Further research showed that the strain could efficiently degrade the dibasic acid fermentation wastewater with COD concentration of 8 132 mg/L,sulfate concentration of 28 000 mg/L and salt content of 42 000 mg/L. Under the condition of nitrogen source dosage of 200 mg/L,its COD could be reduced to less than 500 mg/L after 96 h aerobic biochemical reaction,which satisfied the requirements of entering municipal secondary sewage treatment plants.GC-MS analysis showed that the strain could remove most of organic compounds in dibasic acid wastewater,which showed strong degradation ability and had good application value.
