摘 要:采用“空气吹脱-硅藻土过滤-Fenton氧化”组合工艺对环氧树脂废水进行深度处理,重点考察预处理方式、不同氧化剂及其工艺条件对废水TOC去除效果的影响。结果表明:废水(TOC 3000~4000 mg/L)经预处理后,Fenton氧化工艺优选条件为:初始pH为4左右,双氧水1200~1300 mmol/L,Fe^(2+)12 mmol/L,双氧水和亚铁试剂采用分次滴加法。在此条件下,废水TOC去除率在98%以上,TOC稳定在100 mg/L左右,可作为生产氯气和烧碱的原料,实现了废水资源化利用。The epoxy resin wastewater containing high salt was deeply treated by the combined process of air stripp-ing-diatomite filtration-Fenton oxidation,and the influence of pretreatment method,different oxidizing agents and process conditions on TOC removal effect was emphatically investigated.The results showed that after pretreatment of wastewater(3000-4000 mg/L),the conditions of Fenton reagent oxidation were optimized as the initial pH of 4,the dosage of hydrogen peroxide of 1200-1300 mmol/L,and Fe^(2+)of 12 mmol/L,Fenton reagent was added by drops.Under these conditions,the removal rate of wastewater TOC was more than 98%,and TOC was stable at about 100 mg/L,which can be used as raw materials for the production of chlorine gas and caustic soda,thus realizing the re-source utilization of wastewater.
