摘  要:目的探讨两种直径的内热针对家兔骨骼肌慢性损伤模型肌筋膜微血管血流速度的影响。方法选40只家兔,造成左下肢股二头肌慢性骨骼肌损伤模型,随机分为4个组,每组10只,治疗1组内热针直径0.5 mm,治疗2组内热针直径1.1 mm。治疗1组、治疗2组使用相应直径内热针对下肢股二头肌慢性损伤处进行内热针治疗,每周治疗2次,每次20 min,治疗2周(造膜后4周);模型组和正常组不进行干预。显微镜下观察内热针治疗前后各组左下肢股二头肌内热针治疗血管血液流动情况。对各组相应肌肉组织取材,进行HE染色。统计分析各组血流速度变化并进行各组间的方差分析,光镜下观察肌肉组织HE染色结果。结果肌肉组织HE染色结果表现治疗组与模型对照组相比瘢痕样组织范围较小,肉芽组织再生较多。治疗1组治疗前(造膜后2周)和治疗2周(造膜后4周)后血流速度分别为(0.205±0.137)mm·s^(-1)、(0.308±0.203)mm·s^(-1),治疗2组分别为(0.168±0.103)mm·s^(-1)、(0.439±0.129)mm·s^(-1),模型组、治疗1组和治疗2组治疗2周(造膜后4周)的血流速度均较治疗前(造膜后2周)快(P<0.05或<0.01);治疗2组血流速度的差值均比正常组、模型组和治疗1组大(P均<0.05)。结论两种直径的内热针均可以加快骨骼肌慢性损伤肌筋膜血流速度;针距相等时,直径较大的内热针改善血流速度的效果优于直径较小的内热针。Objective To investigate the effects of two diameters of internal heat on blood flow velocity of myofascial microvessels in rabbits with chronic skeletal muscle injury.Methods After modeling chronic skeletal muscle injury on biceps flexor of left leg of rabbits,a total of 40 rabbits were randomized to 4 groups:10 rabbits was treatment group 1 with 0.5mm diameter,10 rabbits were in treatment group 2 with 1.1mm diameter,10 rabbits as model control group and 10 rabbits as Normal control group.Treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 were treated with internal heat needle of corresponding diameter for chronic injury of biceps femoris,twice a week,20 minutes each time,for 2 weeks;The model control group and normal control group were not intervened.The blood flow of left lower limb biceps femoris treated with internal hot needling was observed under microscope.The corresponding muscle tissues of each group were taken for HE staining.The changes of blood flow velocity in each group were statistically analyzed,and the analysis of variance was carried out among each group.HE staining results of muscle tissue were observed under light microscope.Results HE staining results of muscle tissue showed that compared with the model control group,the scar like tissue in the treatment group was smaller and granulation tissue regeneration was more.The blood flow velocity of treatment group 1 before and after treatment was(0.205±0.137)mm·s^(-1),(0.308±203)mm·s^(-1),respectively(0.168±0.103)mm·s^(-1),(0.439±0.129)mm·s^(-1),the blood flow velocity of model control group,treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 after treatment was faster than that before treatment(P<0.05 or<0.01);The difference of blood flow velocity in treatment group 2 was larger than that in normal control group,model control group and treatment group 1(P all<0.05).Conclusion The blood flow velocity of myofascial in chronic skeletal muscle injury could be accelerated by two kinds of internal hot needles.When the needle distance is equal,the effect of the larger
