颈后路单开门椎管扩大成形术中不同固定方式的治疗现状

摘　　要：近年来,对于多节段脊髓型颈椎病,由于症状严重,临床上均采取早期手术治疗。但手术方式多种多样,其中颈后路单开门椎管扩大成形术是经典的治疗方法之一。目前,临床上对门轴侧有多种固定方式来进行颈后路单开门手术,文章仅针对不同固定方式作一综述。In recent years,for multisegment cervical spondylotic myelopathy,early surgery has been adopted clinically due to severe symptoms.However,there are many kinds of surgical methods,among which posterior cervical single open-door expansive laminoplasty is one of the classic treatment methods.At present,there are many ways to fix the axial side of the portal in the posterior cervical single door surgery.This article only reviews the different ways of fixation.
