摘  要:在国内柔性直流输电工程领域,屋盖结构横向跨度一般接近50~60 m,约为常规±800 kV特高压直流换流站高压阀厅跨度的2倍,属于单层、空旷、大跨厂房。目前,同规模大跨度屋盖厂房较少,结构设计经验不多。文章依托2022年冬奥会清洁能源送电项目张北柔性直流电网±500 kV丰宁换流站柔直阀厅屋盖设计,开展了柔直阀厅大跨度屋盖结构选型分析工作。通过对网架结构方案、空间管桁架结构方案进行结构布置比较和静力、动力分析,重点研究对比了其结构刚度、承载能力及钢材用量等技术经济指标。研究结果表明,在同等情况下,综合屋面檩条系统,网架结构耗钢量较空间管桁架结构低,经济效益好。推荐柔直阀厅大跨度屋盖结构优先采用网架结构方案。In the field of domestic flexible DC transmission engineering,the transverse span of roof structure is generally close to 50-60 m,about twice the span of high-voltage valve hall of conventional±800 kV UHVDC converter station,which belongs to single-layer,open and long-span plant.At present,there are few large-span roof plants of the same scale,and there are few structural design experience.Based on the design of±500 kV Fengning converter station flexible valve hall roof of Zhangbei flexible DC power grid,which is the clean energy power transmission project of 2022 Winter Olympic Games,this paper carries out the analysis of the selection of the large-span flexible valve hall roof structure.Through the structural arrangement comparison,static and dynamic analysis of grid structure scheme and space pipe truss structure scheme,the technical and economic indexes such as structural rigidity,bearing capacity and steel consumption are emphatically studied and compared.The results show that the steel consumption of space pipe truss structure is higher than that of grid structure,and the economic benefit is poor.It is recommended that the grid structure scheme should be preferably adopted in the large-span roof structure of flexible direct current valve hall.
