微乳液-CO_(2)-N_(2)复合体系协同降黏增能室内实验及矿场应用——以大王北油田为例

摘  要:针对复杂断块稠油油藏衰竭式开发中后期低产低液的问题,提出利用微乳液–CO_(2)–N_(2)复合体系协同降黏增能方式来提高单井产量及区块开发水平。通过室内实验分别对比研究了微乳液、CO_(2)、N_(2)在单一作用及复合作用下的降黏增能效果,优化了注入参数与顺序,并分析了微乳液–CO_(2)–N_(2)复合体系的协同降黏增能机理。结果表明,微乳液–CO_(2)–N_(2)复合体系相较于CO_(2)、N_(2)、微乳液–CO_(2)和微乳液–N_(2)的降黏增能效果最佳,实验注入0.10 PV的微乳液+0.15 PV的CO_(2)+0.10 PV的N_(2),并闷井24 h,能获得最佳的增产效果。矿场实践也进一步证实,微乳液–CO_(2)–N_(2)复合体系降黏增能方式能有效提高复杂断块稠油油藏的采出程度。Aiming at the problem of low production and low liquid in the middle and later stage of failure development of complex fault block heavy oil reservoirs,a micro-emulsion-CO_(2)-N_(2)synergistic viscosity reducing and energy increasing method is proposed to increase single well production and increase the recovery degree of blocks.Through laboratory experiments,the effects of CO_(2)huff and puff,N_(2)huff and puff and microe-mulsion-CO_(2)-N_(2)huff and puff were compared.The injection production parameters and injection sequence were optimized.The synergistic viscosity reducing and energy increasing mechanism of Microemulsion-CO_(2)-N_(2)was analyzed and discussed.The results showed that the micro-emulsion-CO_(2)-N_(2)played a synergistic role in reducing viscosity and increasing energy.The huff and puff effect was better than that of CO_(2)and N_(2)huff and puff.The recovery degree increased by 3.5%and 6%respectively,injected 0.10 PV micro-emulsion+0.15 PV CO_(2)+0.10 PV N_(2)and 24 hours of stewing well were obtained.The field practice shows that the micro-emulsion-CO_(2)-N_(2)huff and puff method can effectively improve the recovery degree of complex fault block heavy oil reservoirs.
