摘  要:东海油气资源主要分布在花港组和平湖组地层,储层埋藏深且普遍为中低渗。XX低渗气田是东海近几年新开发的气田,该气田部署了多口多分支水平井以提高对低渗储层的动用程度。悬空侧钻技术是成功实施多分支水平井的关键。基于侧钻位置、钻头侧切力、夹墙等悬空侧钻关键问题,分析X6井悬空侧钻技术的现场应用情况,采用裸眼悬空侧钻技术,应先钻分支井眼,再回撤至侧钻点进行主支井眼的侧钻作业;悬空侧钻井在井眼轨道设计时,上部第一造斜段的狗腿度应大于2.50°/30 m,可防止钻柱发生疲劳刺漏。The oil and gas resources in the East China Sea are mainly buried in Huagang and Pinghu formations.The reservoir is deeply buried and generally shows low-medium permeability.XX low permeability gas field is a newly developed gas field in the East China Sea in recent years.Many multi branch horizontal wells are designed and deployed to improve the development and production of low permeability reservoirs.Suspended sidetracking technology is the key to the successful implementation of multi branch horizontal wells.Based on the key technologies of sidetracking such as sidetracking position,bit side shear force and sandwich wall,the field application in X6 well is analyzed.The results show that the open hole suspended sidetracking technology should be used to drill the branch hole first,and then withdraw to the sidetracking point to sidetrack the main and branch holes.In the design of wellbore trajectory for sidetrack drilling,the dogleg degree of the first deflecting section in the upper part should be greater than 2.50°/30 m to prevent the drill string from fatigue penetration.
