摘 要:针对高尚堡油田高5断块储层注水井出现的注入压力高、吸水能力递减快、无法满足配注要求等问题,针对现场注入水水质开展了以下研究:联合站出口水和注水井井口水的水质指标分析;储层敏感性实验研究;地层水与注入水(联合站出口水、注水井井口水)对储层的伤害模拟实验研究;重新设计适合高5断块注水水质指标。结果表明:联合站出口水与注水井井口水的悬浮固相颗粒含量和粒径以及硫酸盐菌含量等指标均未达到注水水质标准,井口水样综合水质较联合站水质差别较大;水敏和速敏程度均为中等偏强,是造成储层伤害的内在因素;注入水中的悬浮颗粒超标是造成储层伤害的主要因素,导致井壁与近井地带形成滤饼伤害,且渗透率为5×10^(–3)~10×10^(–3)μm^(2)时,注入水对岩心伤害最大,联合站水样伤害程度为40.5%和57.0%;优化实验得出高5断块储层孔喉尺寸与固相颗粒粒径的匹配关系,并根据该匹配关系重新对固相颗粒指标进行了优化,最优参数为粒径d≤0.5μm、浓度ρ≤1 mg/L。Aiming at the problems of high injection pressure,rapid decline of water absorption capacity and inability to meet the requirements of injection allocation in Gaoshangpu oilfield,the following research was carried out on the quality of injected water:analysis on water quality index of outlet water and water from the injector well head of combined station;experimental study of reservoir sensitivity;simulation experimental study of formation water and injection water(outlet water and water from the injector well head of combined station)on reservoir damage;redesign of water quality index suitable for Gao 5 fault block injection.The results show that:the suspended solid particle content,particle size and sulfate bacteria content of the outlet water and water from the injector well head of the combined station cannot meet the water quality standard of water injection,and the comprehensive water quality of the wellhead water sample is significantly different from that of the combined station.The degree of water sensitivity and velocity sensitivity is medium to strong,which is the internal factor causing reservoir damage.When the permeability is 5×10^(-3)~10×10^(-3)μm^(2),the injected water has the greatest damage to the core,and the damage degree of the water sample in the combined station is 40.5%and 57.0%.According to the matching relationship between pore throat size and solid particle size,the solid particle index is optimized again.In the end,the optimal parameters are d≤0.5μm andρ≤1 mg/L.
