摘 要:在不同的采气方式和流动阶段条件下,气液两相流流态存在较大差异。为了研究采气井筒不同流动阶段气液两相流态的变化情况,本文通过建立内径为65 mm、水平段为10 m的有机玻璃管实验回路,开展不同采气工艺条件下的模拟实验。实验模拟在自喷、泡排、气举、电泵液四种采气工艺条件下,观察不同进液量、进气量时水平管内气液两相流型。研究结果表明,不同采气工艺和流动阶段条件下水平井筒气液两相流主要存在分层流、段塞流和环状流三种流型,进液量和进气量的大小对流态产生较大影响。Under different gas production modes and different flow stage conditions,the flow state of gas water two-phase flow also has great difference.In order to study the change of gas-liquid two-phase flow state in different flow stages of gas production wellbore,the experimental loop of plexiglass pipe with 65 mm inner diameter and 10 m horizontal section was established,and the simulation experiments under different gas production conditions were carried out.The gas-liquid two-phase flow pattern in horizontal pipe was observed under the conditions of four kinds of gas production process conditions,such as self-injection,bubble discharge,gas lift and electric pump fluid.The results show that there are three flow patterns of gas-liquid two-phase flow in horizontal wellbore:stratified flow,slug flow and annular flow under different gas production processes and flow stages,and the flow patterns are greatly influenced by the amount of liquid and air.
