葛根素注射液治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效观察分析

摘　　要：目的:探究冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)不稳定型心绞痛采用葛根素注射液治疗的临床效果。方法:选择92例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者,采用双盲法分组标准分成常规组和试验组,常规组(46例)予复方丹参注射液治疗,试验组(46例)予葛根素注射液治疗。比较两组心绞痛治疗效果、心电图改善情况、心绞痛发作频率和持续时间、血液流变学指标、临床检测指标和不良反应。结果:两组心绞痛总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组心电图总有效率高于常规组,差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后心绞痛发作频率及持续时间低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后血液流变学指标低于常规组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1(Plasminogen Activator Inhibior-l,PAI-1)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)和基质金属蛋白酶9(Matrix Metalloprotein 9,MMP9)水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组期间均未出现严重并发症。结论:冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者临床治疗中采用葛根素注射液治疗效果显著,值得进一步推广运用。Objective:To explore the clinical effects of puerarin injection on unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:92 cases were divided into the conventional group and the experimental group according to double-blind method.The conventional group(46 cases)was treated with the Danshen injection(丹参注射液).The experimental group(46 cases)was treated with puerarin injection.Results:The total efficiency of angina pectoris in the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total efficiency of electrocardiogram in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The frequency and duration of angina pectoris were lower than the conventional group,P<0.05.The hemorheology index in the experimental group after treatment was lower than the conventional group,P<0.05.After treatment,the difference between the groups in the levels of PAI-1,CRP and MMP9 was statistically significant.There was no serious complication in the groups.Conclusion:Puerarin injection is effective on unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and is worthy of further promotion and application.
