益气养血活血通络颗粒在冠心病合并血脂异常防治中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气养血活血通络颗粒治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)二级预防的临床疗效性及安全性。方法:本课题以西医诊断为冠心病稳定型心绞痛合并血脂异常,中医辨证为气虚血瘀型患者为研究对象,治疗组与对照组各36例,两组均在西医基础治疗上,对照组给予辛伐他汀片(舒降之);治疗组给予益气养血活血通络颗粒;疗程为30 d,疗程结束后进行疗效性及安全性评价。结果:治疗组在中医证候疗效、中医症状评分、总胆固醇(Serum Total Cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(Triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol,LDL-C)方面与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气养血活血通络颗粒治疗冠心病二级预防临床疗效显著且比较安全。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the Yiqi Yangxue Huoxue Tongluo granules(益气养血活血通络颗粒)on secondary prevention of coronary heart disease.Methods:In this study,72 patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia of the Qixu Xueyu type were research object.The control group was given simvastatin tablets,while the treatment group was given the Yiqi Yangxue Huoxue Tongluo granules.Results:There were significant differences in the therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome,TCM symptom,TC,TG,LDL-C between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yiqi Yangxue Huoxue Tongluo granules is safe and effective on secondary prevention of coronary heart disease(hyperlipidemia).
