分析中西医综合康复护理方案对缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓治疗后偏瘫患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析中西医综合康复护理方案对缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓治疗后偏瘫患者的临床影响。方法:选择44例缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓治疗后偏瘫患者作为分析对象,按护理方式的不同将其分为常规组(实施西医综合康复护理方案)和研究组(实施中西医综合康复护理方案),每组22例。比较两组护理前后的外周血脑源性神经营养因子(Brain-derived Neurotrophic Factor,BDNF)、血管内皮生长因子(Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor,VEGF)、基质细胞衍生因子-1α(Stromal Cell-derived Factor-1α,SDF-1α)、骨髓内皮祖细胞(Endothelial Progenitor Cells,EPCs)水平以及生活质量综合评定问卷(Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74,GQOLI-74)、简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法(Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Score,Fugl-Meyer)、Berg平衡评价量表(Berg Balance Evaluation Scale,Berg)评分。结果:护理前,两组的VEGF、BDNF、SDF-1α、EPCs水平以及GQOLI-74、Fugl-Meyer、Berg评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过护理,研究组的VEGF、BDNF、SDF-1α、EPCs水平均高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组的GQOLI-74、Fugl-Meyer、Berg评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:将中西医综合康复护理方案有应用于缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓治疗后偏瘫患者中,可有效改善其血液学指标,提高其肢体运动功能、平衡功能以及生活质量,患者预后更好。Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing programs of the integrative medicine on hemiplegia in patients after intravenous thrombolysis for ischemic stroke.Methods:44 cases in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the analysis objects,and were divided into the routine group(took a Western medicine comprehensive rehabilitation nursing program)and the study group(took a comprehensive rehabilitation nursing program of the integrative medicine),22 cases in each group.Results:Before nursing,the levels of VEGF,BDNF,SDF-1αand EPCs,and the scores of GQOLI-74,Fugl-Meyer and Berg were not statistically different between the groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the levels of VEGF,BDNF,SDF-1α,and EPCs in the study group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).GQOLI-74,Fugl-Meyer and Berg scores in the study group were all higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive rehabilitation nursing program of the integrative medicine can be applied to patients with hemiplegia after intravenous thrombolysis for ischemic stroke,which can effectively improve their hematological indicators,improve their limb motor function,balance function and life quality,and the prognosis of patients is better.
