棍点理筋配合中医整脊四维牵引疗法在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨棍点理筋配合中医整脊四维牵引疗法在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取60例腰椎间盘突出患者,将其按照年龄、性别组间差异无统计学意义,分为对照组(传统牵引疗法)与观察组(棍点理筋配合整脊四维牵引疗法),各30例。比较两组腰椎功能、疼痛程度、中医症状积分、1年复发率、不良反应发生率等。结果:治疗后,观察组Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(Oswestry Disability Index,ODI)评分、中医症状积分及4项临床症状评分均低于对照组,视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分低于对照组,腰部关节活动度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组1年复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:棍点理筋联合整脊四维牵引疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床应用价值较高,有利于患者腰椎功能改善、减轻腰椎疼痛及预防疾病复发,促进疾病的转归。Objective:To investigate the application effect of stick point tendon-regulation with TCM spinal manipulation fourdimensional traction therapy in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:60 patients were divided into the control group and observation group with 30 cases in each.Two groups were given spinal manipulation four-dimensional traction therapy,and the observation group was treated by stick point tendon-regulation more.Results:After treatment,the scores of ODI,TCM symptom score and clinical symptoms in observation group were lower(P<0.05).The VAS and lower back range of motion in two groups improved,but the effect of improvement in observation group was better(P<0.05).The 1-year recurrence rate in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of other adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Stick point tendon-regulation with spinal manipulation four-dimensional traction therapy in treatment of lumbar disc herniation is effective,which can improve lumbar function,relieve pain degree,prevent disease recurrence,and promote the outcome of disease.
