基于“女子以肝和为贵”理论治疗肾虚肝郁型排卵障碍型不孕的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察和肝滋肾助孕汤治疗肾虚肝郁型排卵障碍性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:将80例肾虚肝郁型排卵障碍性不孕症患者随机分为治疗组、成药组和西药组,分别给予和肝滋肾助孕汤、滋肾育胎丸、克罗米芬片治疗,通过监测排卵、子宫内膜厚度、妊娠情况判断疗效。结果:治疗后,治疗组与其他两组比较,内膜厚度变化均有明显差异(P<0.05),成药组与西药组比较无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗组内膜厚度增加更明显;治疗组排卵率、临床疗效明显优于其他两组,成药组与西药组比较相差不大;三组妊娠率相较有差异,治疗组高于其他两组。结论:和肝滋肾助孕汤能增加子宫内膜厚度、提高排卵率及妊娠率,治疗肾虚肝郁型排卵障碍性不孕疗效优于滋肾育胎丸和克罗米芬片。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the Hegan Zishen Zhuyun decoction(和肝滋肾助孕汤)on ovulation dysfunction infertility of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation type.Methods:80 patients were divided into the treated group,TCM patent medicine group and western medicine group,and those were treated with the Hegan Zishen Zhuyun decoction,Zishen Yutai pill(滋肾育胎丸)and clomifene citrate capsules respectively.Results:After treatment,there were significant differences in the change of endometrial thickness between the treatment group and the other two groups,and there was no difference between other two groups.Endometrial thickness in the treatment group was increased more obviously.The ovulation rate in the treatment group was significantly better than the other groups.There was no significant difference between the TCM patent medicine group and the western medicine group.The pregnancy rate in the treatment group was higher than the other two groups.Conclusion:The Hegan Zishen Zhuyun decoction can increase endometrial thickness,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,and has better curative effect than Zishen Yutai pill and clomiphene citrate capsules on ovulation dysfunction infertility of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation type.
