中药地榆复方汤剂冲洗、外敷术后切口的有效性及地榆作用机制分析

摘　　要：手术是临床治疗中的重要手段,术后切口疼痛是较为常见的症状,但以往临床上应用的多采用西药治疗,但方法不同、作用时间亦不同,但多数或用途单一,或不良反应明显,不能达到最佳的预期效果。近年来,中药被广泛应用于临床中。中医学认为,创伤手术后经络受损,血溢于脉外,聚集在局部,气血运行受阻,导致气滞血瘀,因此在治疗上可从活血化瘀、行气止痛上入手。地榆作为一种中药材,有凉血止血、解毒敛疮的效果,联合其他中药材组成地榆复方汤,可减轻切口疼痛,促进切口愈合。本文就中药地榆复方汤剂冲洗、外敷应用于术后切口中的有效性及地榆的作用机制进行了综述。Surgery is an important method in clinic.Postoperative incision pain is a common symptom,and treated by western medicine in the past,but western medicine showed obvious side effects.In recent years,TCM medicine has been widely used in clinic.TCM believes that,after trauma surgery,the meridians were damaged,blood overflows outside the veins,gathers locally,and the circulation of Qi(气)and blood is blocked,resulting in Qi stagnation and blood stasis.After trauma surgery,patients should be treated by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,promoting Qi and relieving pain.As a kind of TCM material,Diyu(Radix Sanguisorbae)shows an effect of cooling blood and stop bleeding,and detoxify sores.Combined with other TCM materials,the Diyu compound decoction(地榆复方汤)can relieve incision pain and promote incision healing.The effectiveness of the Diyu compound decoction for washing and external application and its mechanism of Diyu were reviewed.
