摘　　要：为了深入贯彻全面质量管理理念,建议要通过科学的管理体系,规范的工艺流程和严格的验收标准,将工艺、材料、设备等关键要素真实、公开地展示给服务对象,实现质量透明化管理。论文以预应力碳纤维板为切入点,通过材料的甄选、工艺的优化,进一步夯实“透明厨房”理念,扩展实践成果,推动江苏交通养护行业水平整体提升。In order to thoroughly implement the concept of total quality management,it is suggested that through scientific management system,standardized process flow and strict acceptance standards,the key elements such as process,material and equipment should be displayed to the service object truly and openly,so as to realize the transparent management of quality.This paper takes the prestressed carbon fiber board as the starting point,through the selection of materials and the optimization of technology,further solidifies the concept of"transparent kitchen",expands the practical results,and promotes the overall improvement of the level of Jiangsu traffic maintenance industry.
