摘 要:脂肪组织能分泌许多种脂肪因子,这些脂肪因子既可以在脂肪组织内发挥局部作用,也可以通过分泌进入血液循环发挥全身作用。具体地说,循环中释放的脂肪因子被认为与其他器官如心血管系统、中枢神经系统、肝、胰腺、骨骼肌和肾相互作用。其中磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖4(Glypican-4,GPC-4)作为一种新的脂肪因子,它通过与胰岛素受体之间建立联系,影响胰岛素的信号传导。研究Glypican-4因子与糖尿病及并发症的相关关系并探究Glypican-4因子的临床意义,这将为糖尿病的诊断、治疗、预防提供思路。Adipose tissue can secrete many kinds of adipokines.These adipokines can not only play a locally role in the adipose tissue,but also play a systemic role by secreting into the blood circulation.Specifically,loop release of adipokines are thought to interact with other organs such as cardiovascular system,central nervous system,liver,pancreas,skeletal muscle and kidneys.Among them,Glypican-4 is a new adipose factor,which affects the signal transduction of insulin by establishing a connection with the insulin receptor.The relationship between GPC-4 factor and diabetes and complications and the clinical significance of Glypican-4 factor will provide ideas for the diagnosis,treatment,and prevention of diabetes.
